Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum data needed to operate a secure crypto wallet. We never sell your data to advertisers, and we use first-party analytics only — behind your explicit opt-in.
What we collect
- Account data — email, optional username, password hash, 2FA secret.
- Transaction data — deposits, withdrawals, transfers, swaps, game rounds.
- Device data — IP address, user agent, approximate location, for fraud and audit logging.
- KYC data — only when triggered by AML thresholds; encrypted at rest.
- Analytics — anonymous page views, only after you accept the cookie banner.
Why we collect it
- To operate the wallet, process payments and meet legal/AML obligations.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
- To improve product features (analytics, anonymous and opt-in only).
Where it lives
Production data is stored in EU/US regions with encryption at rest and rotating access credentials. Backups are encrypted and access-logged. We do not transfer KYC data outside our processors without an explicit legal basis.
Your rights
- Access — download all account data from profile settings.
- Correction and deletion — request from your account settings or by email.
- Portability — export transactions as CSV at any time.
- Withdraw consent — turn off analytics in cookie settings.
Retention
Account and transaction data is retained while your account is open and for up to 7 years after closure to meet financial record-keeping requirements. Audit logs are kept for 12 months. Analytics data is anonymized within 30 days.
Sharing
We share data only with audited processors (hosting, email delivery, blockchain RPC, compliance) under data processing agreements. We respond to lawful requests from authorities; where permitted, we notify affected users.
