Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of FaucetPay. By creating an account or otherwise interacting with the wallet, API or any related service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, have the legal capacity to enter contracts, and not reside in any jurisdiction on our sanctioned-jurisdictions list (see the AML & Sanctions policy).
2. Your account
- One account per person. Multi-account abuse is grounds for suspension.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials, recovery codes and 2FA device secure.
- We may require additional verification before enabling certain features.
3. Wallet, deposits and withdrawals
Funds held in your FaucetPay account remain your property. We act as custodian while you hold an active account. On-chain network fees are paid by you and shown before you confirm any transaction. We do not guarantee confirmation time on any external blockchain.
4. Prohibited activity
- Illegal activity, fraud, or attempts to manipulate game outcomes or staking rewards.
- Reverse-engineering anti-fraud or anti-bot measures.
- Running bots against the API outside the documented rate limits or terms.
- Any activity that would violate our AML program.
5. Termination
You can close your account at any time from profile settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms; in that case we'll notify you and provide a window to withdraw any unrestricted balance, subject to AML and sanctions constraints.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaucetPay is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from blockchain congestion, market volatility or third-party service outages.
7. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms; we'll post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, send notice to your account email at least 30 days in advance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of FaucetPay's registered jurisdiction. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of your home country apply.
